Before first use

Shake before use! Remove the spray cap, for the first time direct the nozzle away from yourself and completely press the spray mechanism 2 to 3 times – while the product is being sprayed. It is important to apply the product to the side walls of the nasal passages.

Adults: Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril, not more than once per hour.

Children older than 3 years: Spray once in each nostril, not more than once every 3 hours.
